How to Sous Vide Elk Roast
I wanted to share how I recently cooked an elk neck roast with my sous vide. This is my favourite method of cooking for sub-prime cuts. And, in fact I have actually started to prefer these less popular cuts as I find when prepared correctly they have much more flavour and present an altogether more challenging cooking experience with a greater reward at the end.
